Post-Resettlement Services

The International Commission for Refugees provides ongoing support for individuals and families even after resettlement. Our post-resettlement services include continued case management to address evolving needs, language interpretation to facilitate communication, and assistance with accessing benefits. We offer guidance on additional resources and recommendations for local services to ensure a smooth adjustment period. Our goal is to provide ongoing support that empowers refugees and immigrants to build stable, fulfilling lives in their new communities.

Case Management

Our case management services provide refugees and asylum seekers with personalized support to help them navigate life in Massachusetts. We offer referrals to essential programs, such as job services, healthcare, and education, to ensure individuals and families have access to the resources they need. Our team provides thorough assistance tailored to each family’s unique situation, guiding them through various settlement services and addressing any challenges they may face. Our goal is to empower newcomers to achieve stability and independence in their new community.
